Do you have to be a member to purchase tickets online?

Anyone can purchase tickets on the AGO ticketing site. AGO members will have access to special offers, special discounts and special products - AGO members should always log first to see those items.

I am a member or and Annual Pass holder - how do I log into my membership account?

If you are logging in to your account for the first time, or if you forgot your password, please click on the Forgot Password link and enter the email address associated to your account. You will be sent an e-mail to reset your password.

I am a member of the AGO, but I don't see any membership prices, why not?

It could be that you are not logged in to your account. Members and Annual Pass holders must log in to see special offers or pricing. Once logged in, special tickets and/or discounts for will appear in the list of prices for the event. Not all events have special tickets and/or discounts for Members or Annual Pass holders.

Do I need to register for the site to buy tickets?

You can register, but you do not need to register. You can input address information (required by Payment Card Industry compliance regulations for online sales) on the payment page. At order completion, an account is automatically created, allowing login for future purchases. Members and Annual Pass holders must log into their accounts to access special tickets and member pricing or discounts.

I've tried to complete an order/register but the system is telling me my e-mail is already in use. I don't remember registering or buying tickets before, what do I do?

We only allow online customers to register once with an active e-mail account. If you are an AGO member or Annual Pass holder, you will have an existing default account. If you have purchased AGO tickets in the past, either online or on-site, your account will exist on the system. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link and enter the email address associated to your account. You will be sent an e-mail to reset your password.

I'm using multiple browser windows. Could that cause an error with my transaction?

When ordering tickets online with us, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.

Why can't I see any discounts with my promo code?

Once you enter a promo code, discounts applicable to that code will appear in the list of prices on the left side of the screen. After entering a promo code you must click on the ENTER button on the screen rather than the enter button on your keyboard.

I've completed my order, but my printer is broken/don't have a printer…how do I get my tickets?

Our scanners will scan most smart phone screens. If you are unable to print your e-ticket for any reason and you have a smart phone, you can select the link and view from there. You can also choose to send one or all of your e-ticket to your smart phone via SMS. If you do not have a smart phone, you can present your order number at the Welcome Desk when you arrive at the AGO and staff can print a copy of your tickets.

I've completed my order, but have not received my confirmation email with my tickets. What do I do now?

If you have not yet received your confirmation email, please check your junk e-mail folder. If there is nothing there, ensure that you have entered the correct email address. You can always retrieve your ticket(s) online by logging into your account. Select My Account and View Orders. You will have the option to print your tickets or send them to your mobile device.

Why does the AGO charge a $2 per ticket service charge on this site?

A $2 convenience fee is added to each ticket purchased online to help us cover our costs to run the site including software fees and web host fees. The money also goes towards development costs to improve our site.
